Superbook Animation/DVD Club – FAQs For Streaming Only Option

What are the benefits of streaming only?

When you support Superbook by switching to a streaming only membership, you’re not just contributing; you’re sparking a nationwide mission. And just in 2023, Superbook has collaborated with churches and ministries in Canada, impacting children and subsequently their families. We’re continually forging partnerships acreoss Canada, to distribute these powerful evangelistic and discipleship tools through the medium of Superbook.

However, there’s still work to be done. So, when you switch to a streaming only membership, through your contribution, we will be able to continue to bring transformation, hope, and joy to countless families in Canada. I'm not familiar with streaming technology. Will there be help available?

We’ve created a Superbook FAQ page to address technical issues. If the solutions on the page do not apply to your situation, please call the CBN Prayer Center toll-free at 1-800-700-7000 or email tech@cbn.org and share in detail what you are experiencing. When you email, please share your email address, username, and first and last name.

How can I ensure my children/grandchildren can access Superbook content?

When you add a child to your account, they can access Superbook content. To add a child to your account, follow the instructions below.

To add a child to your adult account, sign into your parent/adult account here. You must log in to the Superbook Kids website.
After you sign into your account, click on Settings which will be next to your username in the top right corner of the website
Once you are on the Settings page, scroll down to the Children Accounts section and then click Add New Child Account
Then you can create the child account, by filling in the fields with a unique username and password. The child account will now be associated with your parent/adult account and email address

How do I share streaming access with my kids whom I don't live with?

As a Superbook partner with Season 5 access, you can share streaming access with 2 users.

Can I adjust my donation?

You can adjust your donation after filling out the Superbook Club Streaming Options form and then by contacting the office at 1-877-439-6410 or emailing us at cba@700club.ca.

How do I cancel my membership if I am not interested in these options?
