Bishop Jessie Allan

Bishop Jessie is a previous guest of the 700 Club. She has has done ministry and outreach in downtown Vancouver for over 20 years. She was a Street Pastor for 4 years and 1 year ago, and was appointed National Assistant Bishop of The First Pentecostal Evangelical Church of Canada. Currently, Bishop Jessie also runs Midnight Ministries on East Hastings Street.
