Christiane Rutledge

Christiane Rutledge is an educator with a diverse professional background, including 20 years in the banking industry. Following a career transition, she now teaches Grade 7 and 8 at an elementary school in St. Catharines. She also serves with the Canadian Baptists of Ontario and Quebec, leading the Young Leaders Collective to mentor and empower future church leaders.

Married for 22 years, Andrew and Christiane are parents to four children and share their home with a cat, a dog, and a pond full of fish. Together, they have facilitated the Marriage Prep Course at Central for the past eight years, driven by their passion for fostering strong marriages as the cornerstone of thriving families and churches.
