Danny Mackay

Danny MacKay is the President of Equip Canada and a passionate communicator who inspires people to follow Christ wholeheartedly and actively build God’s Kingdom. His own life was radically transformed at age 17 when an unexpected encounter with the Gospel set him on a completely new path.

Over the years, Danny has served in camp ministry, worship leadership, youth ministry, global missions, and as a spokesperson for major Christian organizations. A sought-after speaker, he regularly shares messages of faith, discipleship, and mission, encouraging believers of all ages to make a meaningful impact for Christ.

Together with his wife, LeeAnn, Danny leads Equip Canada with a vision to see believers empowered to share the Gospel both locally and globally. Through disciple-making, church planting, leadership development, and international outreach, they help equip and mobilize Christians to take the hope of Jesus to some of the world’s least-reached communities. Their shared passion is to raise up leaders and see lives transformed by the power of the Gospel.
