Earl James

Earl James is a dynamic individual who has dedicated his life to serving both his community and his faith. With over 15 years of experience as a Worship Arts Pastor, Earl has seamlessly blended his artistic talents with his deep-rooted spiritual beliefs to inspire and uplift those around him. His passion for creativity extends within the church walls, as he has spent the last 8 years working in Church Media Communications, utilizing innovative strategies to spread messages of hope and faith. 

Formerly serving as the Communications Pastor at Bridge Markham Church in Markham, Ontario, Canada, Earl has played a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technology and spirituality, fostering meaningful connections within his congregation and beyond. 

In addition to his ministry work, Earl is the proud owner and operator of New Vision Media & Design Inc., a thriving design agency based in Toronto. Through his agency, he continues to channel his creative energies, crafting compelling visuals and messages that resonate with clients and audiences alike. 

Not content with just one venture, Earl is also the founder of Scarborough Alliance Sports Centre, a premier sports facility located in Scarborough, ON. 

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Earl finds his greatest joy in his roles as husband to Emily James and father to three beautiful children, Micah, Jaden, and Eden. Their love and support serve as the foundation upon which Earl builds his life and pursuits. 

Driven by a deep-seated passion for Jesus and his mission on Earth, Earl’s every action is guided by his unwavering faith and commitment to God’s purposes. Whether leading worship, designing graphics, coaching teams, or spending time with his family, Earl James exemplifies a life lived in service to others, guided by the principles of love, compassion, and faith.
