This dressing also makes a great marinade for fish, turkey or chicken.
Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp of honey
- ½ tsp of Dijon
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- Pinch of sea salt and pepper
- 2-4 drops of lemon oil
- 1-2 drops of rosemary oil
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a mason jar and shake until well incorporated.
- Will stay fresh in the fridge for 1 week.
